'This boy is like a tonic! No matter what the day brings, one look at Happy and you can't help but smile' Happy is a perfect boy! His joyful exuberance is infectious. As soon as you see him, no matter what kind of mood you're in, you can't help but smile.. This eight month old puppy is so full of love and sweetness he's practically bursting at the seams! But little Happy is different from other dogs. He was born with an underdeveloped Cerebellar and is visually impaired. The cerebellar is the portion of the brain responsible for motion so Happy moves a little awkwardly. He almost moves like a dressage horse who is slightly off kilter but his unique strut doesn't cause him any discomfort and is totally normal for him. The good news is, with this condition, the symptoms do not get worse with age and he can live a happy, pain free life. Happy would do best in a household with another dog who is calm and confident. Happy will be sure to spread joy to any family he joins as he happily prances through life!
