About Rocky

Just under 15 lbs., Rocky is a 6 month old, neutered, Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. At the shelter, Rocky loves to take walks in his little harness and is happiest when he is outside, in our big back yard, chasing his squishy pink ball; he's so fun to play with because he brings the ball back and drops it at your feet, then springs into action when you toss it again; he's simply a riot and loves to keep the party rolling! He would shine in an agility class; Rocky will be happiest with the person or family who wants an active walking or hiking buddy-someone who loves outdoor and backyard adventures. He's an athletic little dog who thrives on sports and playtime, and afterwards show his soft side and is ready for a good snuggle. Because of his springiness and enthusiasm Rocky is not recommended for a home with small children.
