About Macey

Welcome Macey to CCPAL Rescue. She is a wonderful 7-year-old Border Collie that was of some good lines. She is a pure Border Collie and not the typical mix that we normally get to adopt out. We have no papers. Her family has had her with free range chicks and she did fine. She only corralled them. She is very smart but hasn't done much with her intelligence. She has lived outdoors here in Texas but she would love to be a part of the family activities indoors. She would be a great dog for a farm and I think with some work she would step right in to her natural tendencies as a Border Collie. We would love someone who knows the Border Collie breed to adopt her. She weighs about 50 pounds and is in great health, loyal and good with other dogs. She has lived with the same family since she was a puppy and has been around kids and did fine as well. She will make a great dog for some lucky family. She is active and playful so don't let the age make you think she is a couch potato. She is healthy vaccinated and ready for her forever home. She lives in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 250 and transport is 180.
