About Nunu ADOPTION PENDING

Hello name is Nunu. I am available 5/18. I am a China Rescue Dog and am about 1 year, 4 mos. I weigh about 30 lbs. I am fully vetted, neutered and HOUSEBROKEN! I am a male Pekingese and Spaniel mix. My foster mom could swear I'm part golden retriever as I have the chest, back and butt hairs justI am very shy and docile. Timid when you approach me ,but I do like to be petted and I follow my foster mom around. I do not pull on a leash and will just slowly follow you around the yard. I have been coming out of my shell since coming in from China. I lay quietly near my foster family until my foster mom gets up then I need to follow. I sleep quietly in my crate at night in a gated off area of the house. (my crate door remains open) I also like pets from my 8yo and 12 yo human foster brothers. I arrived with another foster dog and we love to follow each other and share the crate. I am low to medium energy level. A fenced yard is a must,I am a flight risk and will need patience learning commands including being on a leash. I like bones, stuffed animals and laying in the grass. I generally ignore the resident golden retriever. Patience and time with me will bring out the best of me.
