DINAH - ID#A4568456 My name is DINAH. I am a spayed female, gray and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 15, 2021. Well, I met the most perfectly/imperfect dog. She is all love and light and beauty and brains. Miss Dinah's needs aren't many - but she does ask that you slow down, give her a chance to figure you out and then love her forever. Last Saturday was my first time to spend time with Dinah, and after a mellow easy walk, we were fast friends . . I mean the sit in your lap kind of friends. The lick your face kind of friends. The non-stop tail wagging kind of friends. This girl is shy, a bit skeptical . . . she's been through some things. But just below that fragile surface, there is a sensitive soul longing for all the wonders of human companionship. Seriously, she needed to be touching someone at all times. Dinah's finder said that she even did really well with a their young daughter! Please give this sweet girl a chance. She is still a puppy, and in danger for euthanasia.
