About Mama Audrey

Mama Audrey is truly one-of-a-kind. This gorgeous girl was saved from the streets by a local trapping group. When they realized she was full of milk, they brought her back out to try to find puppies. Audrey immediately led them to their exact location. She couldn't wait to be reunited with her EIGHT babies. A very long story short, all nine lives were surrendered to the rescuers, and we took them all in without hesitation. Audrey was an incredible mama to all her puppies. While she herself was emaciated, full of ticks and suffering from giardia, she continued to feed, clean and care for her babies. The puppies have since been weaned, and all but one have been adopted to their forever homes. Now it's Audrey's turn. Our sweet mama has been in a foster home, gaining weight and learning what it means to be pampered and doted on. While she is a kind, gentle spirit, we have discovered that she does not get along well with cats. Given proper introductions, she is dog-friendly��%BD'��%BD|in fact, she had a few friends that she toured the streets with back in her former life. Given her size, we are looking for a home with no small children. She would love a big yard to run and play and explore, and she deserves a family who will spoil her with love and treat her like the royalty that she is. Her adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines, multiple vet checks and microchip. She is house-trained and incredibly well-behaved. This girl is special. She deserves the world.
