About Bonny

Bonny and her brother Buddy were supposed to be guard dogs for my herd of goats. I've had them for several months and they did a great job. Very friendly to everyone. A few days ago, they attacked a baby goat and almost killed it. Tried again on a larger goat but I stopped them. I have no idea why unless some sort of instinct kicked in as they are now 8 months old. Bonny does bully her brother even though he is larger so my guess is that she started the attack. I cannot keep them under these conditions but can truly say they are friendly to people (not sure about kids) and also with my Great Pyrenees, but not with small dogs like my Chihuahua.
