About Petey

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. My name is Alexandra, and I have a wonderful Frenchie named Petey. I took him in about 6 months ago because a friend could no longer care for him. He is about 1.5 years old and was fixed in November. He is up to date on all vaccinations. He's a sweet and loving boy. He listens wells, is potty-trained, and sweet with children and other animals. I've really grown fond of him over the last 6 months, but I do not feel that he has enough space to roam in my small apartment. In addition, I will be moving to Hawaii in July and need to re-home him before then. I want to give him the best life possible, but I don't feel that I can give him that. I think it would be best if he had a home with a nice yard to roam and maybe another dog. He does still get quite hyper because he's a puppy, but he is not aggressive. He does get a little territorial with food around other dogs, but I think that can be corrected with some training. I wanted to inquire about the French bulldog network to help find him a great home.
