About Hercules

Hercules is a sweet 3 year old Chihuahua mix male dog who was living with his owners in Texas when they decided to give him up. He had a brother dog but unforunately the owner kept that dog and wouldn't surrender him too. Poor Hercules is confused and scared as he has had a lot of changes in the last few months. He is a quiet little 7 lb man and needs a home where his new family would understand he's been through a lot. He is a good eater and is sweet. Hercules had heartworm disease and was treated for it in Texas. He will live a long and healthy life now and will just need to be kept on Heartworm preventative like Heartguard or Interceptor. He is neutered, Microchipped and current on all vaccines. If interested please fill out an application as soon as possible. Our dogs get homes quickly, if you wait days to fill out the application, most likely he will be adopted. We try to respond to all email inquiries but please don't ask- Is he available? If he is posted- he is available and we are accepting applications. All interested adopters applying should have valid vet references and list their previous or current vet and phone number on the application. You should be within a 3 hour radius to Nutley NJ and be prepared to do the meet and greet/adoption driving there. Thank you !
