About Renegade

Renegade is guessed to be about a year old and weighs in at 62 pounds. He's maybe a GSD and Belgian mix?? He's come to the shelter as a stray so we don't know his history. He's a smart boy, eager to please and knowledge of the breed is key to success when you have a smart and active dog such as him. We don't know if he's house trained or if he's had any kind of basic obedience. He's doing well at the kennels, friendly with staff and volunteers but has not been around young kids. He's tested well with other dogs his size. He would do best in an active home with a fully fenced back yard with a family ready to train him to be the best dog ever. This breed/mix is almost always on the restricted breed list for rentals so please check with your landlord before you apply. He is currently in Fort Worth, TX but can make the trek to Olympia, WA scheduled to arrive on Saturday May 22nd with a pre-adoption which is the only way to secure that he will for sure go home with you! Pre-Adoption means getting your app in, approved and paying the adoption fee to secure the ride. His adoption fee is $525 which covers his neuter, vaccinations, HW testing, chipping, health certificate and transport fees. All our dogs come with a 30 day, money back, trial period to make sure they are the right fit in your environment.
