About Buster

Buster is fun-loving, 2.5 year old, 10lb. Chihuahua mix looking for an active forever family. Buster does well with other dogs, but has not been cat tested, but has been behaved around a pocket pet (hamster, rat, etc.). Buster is friendly with all people but would do best in a home with older, respectful children. Buster can be possessive of his person, some times growls if he's in your lap, nothing more, he prefer to be the one that is getting the love. Buster enjoys leash walks - he has been non-reactive to other animals during his outings, but can pull on the leash when excited, so we highly recommend a well-fitting harness. Buster also loves to play and run quickly - his new family will need will to be cautious as Buster can be a door bolter, . BBuster MUST have a house (no apartments) with a FULLY FENCED YARD so he can go out to potty as well as run around freely for exercise. Buster is doing well with his potty training and he also seeks out puppy pads. He rides well in a car and is crate trained although can be trusted to free roam when his family is at home.
