'Hi there! My name is Infrared, but you can call me 'Red.' I'm just about the cutest darn thing to walk through doors and would like to be the cutest thing to walk right back out of them with you. I just can't wait to find my furever home and am so excited to get outta this shelter! I am a 4 month old or so Mixed Breed puppy that came to SVASC when my owner no longer wanted me. Prior to coming to SVASC, my sister and I lived out back in a pen and never really got any of the attention that I wanted or needed. Because of that, I am a tad shy, but warm up really quickly and am your best pal in... eh... say 30 seconds. I would really like a family that can continue to socialize me, though! Other than that, I am just your average puppy and like all of the normal puppy things - giving kisses, eating snacks, not chewing up your shoes (wink wink), and getting snuggles. Sooo whaddya think? When thinking about bringing a puppy home, please remember that we are a lifetime commitment that will require regular exercise, training, and socialization. SVASC recommends that my adopter get me signed up for puppy classes, so that I can be the best pup ever! Additionally, please keep in mind that my breed guess is just a guess and may not be accurate; SVASC cannot predict adult sizes or weights. My adoption fee is $125 to an approved adopter.
