Everyone, this is Baloo, a neutered male, black Mixed breed. The shelter thinks he is about 2 years and 0 months old. He weighes approximately 52 pounds. Has been been at the shelter since May 1st. Possible owner surrender because apparently he's an escape artist. Poor guy just needs love, attention along with exercise and training.
