He was picked up as a stray several months ago in terrible condition. He was covered in fleas and had significant hair loss. His foster has given him all the TLC and he was healthy enough to be fully vetted! He is such a sweet and quiet boy. He would do great with a family looking for a calm reserved dog that loves to be held, petted, and taken outside. He loves toys despite his age and gums them since he is mostly toothless. Charlie Stewart is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and recently had a dental.
