About Felix

**PLEASE READ FELIX'S BIO THOROUGHLY BEFORE INQUIRING.** Felix is our very handsome puppy who is approximately 10-11 months old and about 21lbs. We believe that Felix has some Doberman, Min Pin, and Manchester Terrier in him. Whatever he is, he is definitely a stunning looking gentleman! He has the most shiniest and silkiest coats along with a very regal look to him. Remember though that he is still a puppy and needs an experienced puppy savvy owner who will help guide him into being the best dog ever. Even though he is a puppy, he is very intelligent and listens well. We DO NOT want him in a home that will crate him. He doesn't need it at all. Felix is a strong and robust dog who MUST have another equally sturdy and playful 'young' dog in the home. He CANNOT go into a home with an older or senior dog or with a small breed dog. If you don't have another dog and are looking for two, his best buddy is Max a young Maltese/Terrier mix. They absolutely love each other. He definitely needs very active owners who will run/hike with him and help him blow off some energy. He is still learning leash skills, so he definitely need work in that area. Felix must have a home with a safe and secure backyard. He cannot go into an apt/condo as he is too rambunctious. He is good with children but because he is a strong dog and still has puppy teeth, we cannot place him in a home with children younger than 13 years old. With our fast dogs that can be a possible flight risk, we require/contractual that there is a 3 1/2 ft dog gate at the front door in the inside of the house, regardless if you have a secure screen door or a fenced front yard. This is for their protection and safety each time the door is opened. Felix is a young dog with so much love to give and would make an absolute amazing addition to any family. WE ONLY ADOPT IN LOS ANGELES AND SURROUNDING AREAS AS AN IN PERSON HOME CHECK AND TRIAL PERIOD ARE REQUIRED. Felix's adoption fee is $600.
