About MASON

*** AN AMAZING, NEAR PERFECT BOY *** 'MASON' is a 5 yr old, 70 lb., mixed breed male who is simply the nicest, easy dog to be around. (We believe he is Lab/Aussie Shep/Rottie mix). Mason is the sweetest, gentlest boy who is eager to please and utterly devoted. He LOVES children of all ages and is so gentle with them, even toddlers. Mason likes to snuggle, and will try to hug adults by gently jumping up and wrapping his arms around you, but he does not do this with kids. Mason is playful, but not overly rambunctious. He walks wonderfully on a leash, and rides terrifically in a car. Mason is both praise and treat driven, but especially praise-driven. He longs to bond and give his whole heart to a special person or family. Mason is truly a gem, and would be an amazing 'family' dog. Who ever adopted him would feel like they won the jackpot with dogs. Mason is neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, micro-chipped, on monthly heart-worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not do it's own 'shots' ... all medical care is done by a licensed, certified Veterinarian or done under their direct supervision (ex., monthly heartworm treatments &/or deworming). All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., probiotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
