About Mouse

Mouse is an adorable 1.5 year old Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home! Mouse currently weighs 10 pounds and is fully grown. He was originally found as a stray from the County shelter, so unfortunately his background history is unknown, but now he is in search of a family to create a lifetime of happy new memories with! He has had great manners with us, but since we have limited information about him, he may require some support and understanding while transitioning into his new home. Although initially a little shy, Mouse quickly warms up and seeks out attention. He has gotten along well with other dogs at our shelter, but he will need to meet with any other dogs in the home before adoption to make sure it is a good match. Mouse has done well with men and women; however, we do not know if he has ever been around children or cats. He will need to meet with every person in the household before adoption to make sure he is comfortable before going home! He is a smart boy who is eager to please his people. Mouse is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption fee of $260 includes a complementary follow-up veterinary exam. To potentially adopt him, please come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 10 people in the building at a time.
