This is one of my favorite breed mixes: Chihuahua and Beagle. The sweet temperament of a Beagle with the small size of a Chihuahua. Not much of a barker, only when really excited like at meal time or if someone comes to the door. Adorable and cuddly and loves to play! She's fun to have around and is also a lapdog. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Billie came into rescue because she was overwhelmed at her former home where she lived for three months. They had 5 children under age 9. It was just too much for her. So we are seeking a forever home where the children are bigger, around age 14 and up. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She's a wonderful dog, great with other dogs, fine with our cat, and loves to cuddle and play with adult-sized humans. She's still a puppy and may grow some more but it seems unlikely she'd end up being more than 16 lb, if that. Not quite housebroken yet but with easy access to a yard or regular potty breaks, she's doing well. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate overnight. Fostered in the Poconos.
