About Izzy

Meet Izzy, this senior girl is in search of her forever home. Izzy is a very sweet and gentle, older dog looking for a quiet environment to live out the remainder of her life. Unfortunately, Izzy was found in her home, with her elderly owner who had passed away. She came into our care with another dog, and they're great together, but they're not bonded. We feel they'd be fine if they ended up being adopted into separate homes. She weighs about 20 pounds, and we're unsure of what breeds she is. Our best guess is possibly Terrier mix. She's good with the other dogs, and cats, as there was a cat living in the home as well. Izzy has been great with every human she meets, and is very well behaved. She is house trained, and doesn't need to ever be crated. She's spayed, UTD on vaccinations, and microchipped. Overall, Izzy is a very happy dog. She does have to be on some heart meds the rest of her life, but that can be explained further in detail for someone who's interested in giving her a forever home. We know she'll make someone an amazing companion! Her adoption fee has been sponsored with an approved application (plus the fee towards mileage for any home visit/possible adoption).
