About Barley

Adoptions are scheduled by appointments only after an application has been filled out and approved. If you are interested in adopting, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org and submit over to us. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups prior to coming into ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and diseases from entering our rescue. Barley is a very sweet and loving little girl. She was born in our rescue and has been loved and adored since the day she was born. She loves toys and being held. She's very cuddly and outgoing. Stop by and meet our furry friends and see how wonderful and loving they are! The adoption fee is $165, which goes back to saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or just neglected.
