About Leroy

28 pounds, 6-8 years old Leroy was picked up as a stray in Stanislaus County and taken to the shelter this poor boy was so stressed at the shelter but they would allow us to pick him up until his stray hold was up and then we had to send an email in to ask and hope they would allow us to pick him up. Leroy had a horrible ulcer on his eye the shelter vet wanted to remove the eye He also had a horrible case of bronchitis and was very congested. He went to the vet and had a scan done of his eye, x-rays, and bloodwork. the doctor felt the ulcer on his eye could have been caused by something that poked his eye and prescribed two types of eye medication and said it should heal but he may have a scar. He also put him on medication for his bronchitis and he has a couple of vertebrae that look like he may have arthritis. Despite all this Leroy is a love bug and loves attention and people. He gets along with other dogs and cats. He is estimate between 4 and 5 years old. Housebroken. Microchipped, vaccinated and scheduled to be neutered once his eye and bronchitis have healed.
