About Jenesis

Meet our wonderful new addition Jenesis! Beautiful 3-year-old Jenesis was rescued after being found tied to a post by a good samaritan in Bakersfield. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a beautiful brindle coat. Jenesis is the biggest love bug once she opens up and gets to show her sweet self to new people. Once she feels safe, which doesn't take long, Jenesis is a cuddle bug and will give kisses and be your best friend. Jenesis was in a short-term foster after being rescued in Bakersfield, and they couldn't say enough great things about her. As she has been shuffled around so much, she needs time to decompress so she can feel secure. She will become the greatest dog after some much-needed love and stability. Jenesis can be around other friendly and mellow dogs, and children. She does tend to jump when she's excited, so maybe older kids. However, the jumping is something that can be corrected. She's a perfect size at 53 pounds and when you look into her soulful eyes, you just want to adore this sweet girl. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the help and time of our fosters.
