About Apple Fritter

Apple Fritter and Beignet are perfect complements looking for their forever home together! Apple Fritter is 6 years old and the smaller of the two and weighs 9 pounds. Beignet is 4 years old and weighs 13 pounds. Beignet is more outgoing and will be the first to greet you as Apple will closely follow his friends lead. Apple and Beignet were originally found as strays and brought to Maricopa County. We do not know a whole lot about them unfortunately but they've been nothing but sweet hearts while here. We do not know if they have ever been around children and recommend older. If there are any other dogs in the home, they will have to meet with them before adoption. They are very food motivated and will learn basic manners and training quickly. They will likely need housebreaking training but they walk well on a leash! The are neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. Their adoption fee of $300 for the pair includes a complementary vet exam. To potentially adopt them, come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 10 people in the building at a time.
