About Tiggy

Tiggy is a handsome, loving, 2-year-old purebred Bengal cat who recently joined our Foster program. He was surrendered to Bengal Rescue because the owner had significant issues going on in the home and it was decided he would be happier in a more stable environment. *IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING TIGGY PLEASE FILL OUT THE APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE. He lived in a home with other cats and he has a really easygoing attitude towards other cats. We were told he lived with dogs and did well, but when we tested him with a very mellow large dog, he was very anxious and scared. We think he would do best in a home with no dogs. He has not been around young children. We think he would do best with children who are good with cats aged 10 or older. Tiggy definitely suffers from separation anxiety - during his quarantine period in Foster (to protect the resident pets from any potential illness) he definitely let his Foster Mom know he was NOT OK with being separated. Poor buddy! Now that he's out of quarantine, he's trying to make friends with the resident cats (one of whom is NOT impressed). Tiggy is super playful, loves his cat trees, water fountain and toys. He has the most pleasant disposition and he really is a people pleaser. Tiggy is ALWAYS ON THE MOVE. So much so it was really hard for his Foster to get photos - he never stops! He definitely wants a family who will keep him busy! Tiggy has no litter box issues or any other medical issues. He was initially neutered and vaccinated at a low-cost spay and neuter clinic, by his owner. So he has a 'slight' ear-tip that these clinics do. We think it's charming! We're super excited to find him his forever family.
