About Tucker

A little about Tucker. He is a little over a year old, fun loving and full of energy. He loves walks in the woods, car rides, stuffed animals, and peanut butter filled kongs. He is potty trained and crate trained (but he prefers to sleep on the couch). He knows all the basic commands (sit, shake, stay, drop it, leave it, down, etc), is very smart, and very treat motivated. He likes kids and cats, but can be a rough player when excited. He prefers to be close to his people at all times, and very protective. He loves to play tug of war, and loves to snuggle. Tucker is food motivated. A few treats and you have a friend for life :) Tucker does well with other dogs his size or bigger whom are not dominate, with proper intros after he has had time to decompress in his new enviorment.�%A0 Tucker did have a weekend stay with a family �%A0from (4/30-5/3) Tucker did faboulus on his weekend stay over. He did lots of pack walks with their dog prior to the stay as well as durring�%A0and he was totally happy and relaxed. Him and the other dog (laid back male dog, whom was also adopted from pawzabilitiespa)�%A0gave eachother kiss's at one point. He was getting comfortable and even happily entered his crate without any fuss or stress.�%A0However the family realized it was not the right time for them to welcome home a second dog as they had a lot of personal issues going on within their family and so�%A0poor tucker has come back to the boarding facility to await his true forever family to find him. Tucker is just the sweetest boy who just wants to find his family he has so much love and happiness to give and he can't understand why he keeps being turned away.
