About Evie

READ ENTIRE AD. Evie is a shepherd mix, around 5 years old and weighing about 55lbs. She is a very sweet and loyal girl. She has a slight bit of separation anxiety once she attaches to her humans, but nothing where she does damage to the environment or herself. She is both house and crate trained. Evie is good with other dogs and cats but does resource guard her food from them so feeding separately is necessary. She can be semi selfish over her toys but once she trusts the other dog/cat, she has zero issues sharing her toys! She loves hanging out with her humans and is very affectionate. Evie would do best in a household that is calm, home at least somewhat often and is just looking for a mellow companion to hang around the house with. She's a homebody and has zero issues keeping it that way! It's important for her to have a structured routine in order for her to feel more at ease and not be anxious. She is a smart and sweet girl, who listens well, and knows her basics but is very strong and still working on her leash walking. Fenced yard, another dog, and experience is required!
