About Rhew

Rhew is a very sweet boy! He needs his older sister more than she needs him but they don't do well with other dogs for long periods of time. Meeting other dogs out in public or visiting a friends house is fine. He becomes aggressive at times with other dogs and it seems to be once he is settled into the home and he doesn't want to share his humans. It would be preferable is he was adopted with his sister Eirah or be adopted into a home with no other pets. He is shy at first but does warm up. He eats a good amount of food but stays skinny. When we first rescued them they knew nothing but crates and got no love. Now they feel safe without staying in crates. They both love to run and can be difficult to get in the house. He is an escape artist in his previous home but he didn't try to escape from us so it could have been because of abuse or fear of coming inside. He has been fighting a lot with other family dogs and needs a new home soon before he is seriously hurt or hurts another dog
