About Oakley

This is Oakley! He was rescued from a high kill shelter in Eastern North Carolina. Oakley is a sweet 10 month old, 45 pound lab mix. He is great with dogs of all sizes (even itty-bitty ones!) and kids. He loves to meet new people and new dogs while he is out on walks. Oakley's foster dad told us 'He is sooooo sweet! He LOVES to cuddle and receive belly rubs.' Oakley also loves to go on runs around the neighborhood with his foster dad! He loves spending time outside, lounging in the sun and watching the birds. He is even house trained, doesn't get much better than that! Oakley can be a bit nervous when left alone at first, just until he gets comfortable.
