About Buddy

Hello my name is Buddy and I'm in rescue with Faith Hope & Love Animal Rescue NC. I was a community dog that one of my rescues past adopters contacted them about so they came to get me and bring me into rescue so I wouldn't end up at a high kill shelter in the county. My people brags on me all the time and says 'Someone is going to get a great dog when they adopt Buddy'! I am really sweet and loving and well mannered but I do pull on a leash. I'm not really sure what that thing is that goes around my neck or how I supposed to act with it on but I'm very smart and my rescue said with a little bit of work I will be a pro in no time. I don't think I've been walked on a leash to be honest. I have seen the vet and received my shots, heart worm test (negative), fecal and microchip and no I'm neutered. Boy, I thought I was going to get something nice like a mew toy or treat when I went to the vet that morning but boy was I wrong. I am just adorable and I always want to be around people and to be shown love. My rescue says I'll probably never met a stranger in my life because I like to lick everyone. I am dog and kid friendly but I have not been cat tested. Will you please share my story and my picture to find my forever home so I can get out of boarding and be a dog. Boarding is nice to me but it's not a home with people who looks at me as family and lets me lay on the couch and gives me belly rubs.
