About BOB

BOB - ID#A1963041 Today, we'd like you to meet Bob, a strikingly handsome boy who's been at the shelter since Jan. 3, 2021 due to 'landlord.' His owner said Bob loves to play catch and lay near or in between your legs for belly rubs. At times, he jumps up so you'll hold his paws, but he takes the hint with a simple 'no' and gets down. He's also apparently 'shy' with other dogs, but he has not been tested with other canines at the shelter. Since his intake, Bob has walked on leash without pulling and is non-reactive when walking past other kennels. He really opens up in the play yard and loves to do zoomies! He'll also run after a tennis ball for a bit, but once he's really comfortable, he'll seek out affection from people. ��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F Bob doesn't appear to know many commands yet, but he's smart, treat motivated and eager to please! He'll certainly thrive with an experienced adopter who understands his breed who'll take the time to show him the ropes. His previous home said Bob guards his food, and he's gotten possessive with toys at times at the shelter. For that reason, he shouldn't be in a home with children who may not understand his boundaries. My name is Bob and I am a neutered male, tan and black. The shelter thinks I am about 3 years old.
