About Little League

'Hello! My name is Little League and I'm positive that I'm going to be your new best pal! No really, I'm pretty awesome and I just know that you'll love me once you meet me. I am an 11 month old Pit Bull/mix (with just a dash of Husky) that came to SVASC because my owner didn't want me anymore. Pshhhh! At 11 months old, I am just one big ol' bundle of energy. I always have places to be and new people to see. I am a very high energy dog and will really need a home that is able to keep up with my energy level because oh man, do I have oodles of it! I am a very bouncy pup and enjoy jumping up and down to see you. Okay... maybe I shouldn't brag about that, but I sure do think that it's a lot of fun! I will need some work on my manners, but I do seem to be a very smart, eager to please pup! I am a very motivated young dog and with the right amount of exercise and some training, I'll be good as gold! I am good with other dogs, but please keep in mind that I can be a handful and like to play rough, so I may be a bit too much for dogs that don't like that play style. I am bouncy and have a very 'paws-on' approach when it comes to making friends. As for kiddos, well.... I'm really extra friendly and would never ever intentionally hurt a little one, but I do need some work on my manners before I can really be good around young kids; older kids and teens that can kind of hold their ground when I'm jumping up to give them kisses should be okay.
