Courtesy Posting: CODE RED IN FT WORTH - ADORABLE 8 YR OLD CHOW JINDO (OR SM CHOW SHEP) MIX FUZZY WUZZY Ft Worth Shelter, Ft worth, TX Please help us find a good home, foster or rescue for 8 year old Fuzzy Wuzzy before he is killed. He is a gorgeous, smaller chow mix maybe with some jindo or shepherd, he is only 46 lbs. The shelter told us he is Code Red and is most at risk for euthanasia. Fuzzy Wuzzy was found as a stray and ended up at the Fort Worth shelter. While he was scared and shy when he came in a few months back, they let us know he has improved and we just received wonderful videos of him doing well with other dogs, and loving to be pet all over his head that we can share. We were also told he was non reactive to cats! The shelter described him as an independent pup that likes spending time going for walks and exploring the yard outside. They said Fuzzy would do best in a home with someone willing to give him time to adjust to his new surroundings, and a home with no young children. Chow or Asian breed experience is a plus.
