Sadie Jane is a 7 yr old, spayed Great Dane mix who is looking for a home to call her own. Sadie Jane is a large dog, at 76 pounds and she thinks she's a lap dog. Even though she is big, Sadie Jane is quite gentle and very loving - she lives for pets and attention and will nudge your hand to request more love. Sadie is still playful and active, so don't let her age concern you. She absolutely adores running around the yard, so a big fenced yard is a must. Sadie takes a bit to warm up to new dogs but once she is friends she likes to play. She has been curious but polite with indoor cats. Due to her size, older, sturdier children would be best. Sadie is leash, house and crate trained already. Sadie isn't a fan of storms so a family with patience and understanding in that department is what she craves.
