About Pearl

This very pretty southern belle named Pearl was recently rescued from a very high kill shelter in Texas and we can see why she was a volunteer favorite! She's as sweet as can be, a true social butterfly with everyone. She is young, energetic, and athletic but able to calm down as well. She wants to please, makes good eye contact, and receptive to training. Pearl is also progressing well with her leash training. She appears to be good with friendly calm male dogs her size with proper intros but would be best as the only dog in the household so she can get all the attention She's a healthy 65 lbs, about 2 years old, and has been thoroughly vetted. A house with a fenced yard is a must for this active young lady and an adopter who works from home would be a big plus. She will need a strong handler and an active lifestyle.
