AVA is that DOG WHO LOVES TOO MUCH, a velcro dog who wants to be with you all the time. Just 8 years young, and about 50lbs, this lovely shepherd mix recently lost the only family and home she's ever known when a new baby arrived and the family couldn't meet her needs anymore. SOMETHING HAD TO GIVE AND SADLY IT IS AVA. NOW SHE COULD BE KILLED IF NO ONE STEPS UP. It must be confusing and hard for her but she LOVES people, and gets very excited to meet every new face she sees. Ava also loves toys, and can both entertain herself AND enjoy a good game of tug and catch. Ava is not only a playful pup, but an excellent cuddle buddy. She loves attention and being pet; she'll lean against you when she's looking for some love. Her ideal home would be with an experienced guardian who is retired or works from home and would work with AVA and maybe a trainer to help her overcome her challenges--fear of dogs and being alone. She would love a fenced in yard where she can romp and play too and chillax and take in the sights and sounds of the season.
