About Amari

Adoption Fee: $175
Australian Cattle Dog mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

*ADOPTION PENDING* Meet Amari! Amari and her siblings came from a litter of puppies found abandoned in a puddle of water with their mom at around 3 weeks of age. They were treated for ticks, fleas, and worms and had some non-contagious skin issues causing patches of missing hair but it should grow back. We guessed Mom to be a heeler mix and do not know what dad could be but estimate she will be a small to medium size dog full grown, weighing 2.4lbs at 5 wks. She is the drama queen of her litter and very vocal. She will need a patient adopter willing to work on puppy manners and expectations. She will have had 2 round of vaccination, 3 rounds of worming, and will come with a spay contract to be completed within 6 months of age and can be picked up on May 3. She will require a fenced in yard. To apply to adopt visit www.handsofhoperescue.com/adoptapp. Amari's adoption fee is $175 with $75 deposit that will be returned with proof of spay. All adoptions require a completed ADOPTION APPLICATION. Once your application is approved, we will put you in touch with the dogs foster to see if you and the pet are a good match. If so, we will arrange a meeting for you and the pet. This dog is fostered in Beeler, KS and adopter must drive to pick up. We do not ship or deliver. We do allow out of state adoptions, however qualified in state applications will be given preference. Please Note: We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We always select the right applicant for each dog based on the dogs needs.
