About Oreo

Looking for a forever companion? Meet Oreo! One of eight pups (only two boys remaining!) this handsome black and white lab mix is waiting for his turn in adoption. Weighing in at 21 lbs at 12 weeks, we definitely expect him to be a large boy. He loves kids and dogs and is anticipated to do well with cats if trained young. Oreo is the perfect mix of spunk and cuddles. He'll make a wonderful family member to any household. He's working hard at crate and house training. He does well in car rides and is working on leash skills. Oreo is current on vaccines and waiting (im)patiently for his forever home in Harrisburg, Pa We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
