About CHOCO & CHIPPY

** ADOPTION PENDING ** Choco & Chippy were rescued from the County shelter to keep them from being separated. We are the initiators of 'Passion for Pairs' and have a commitment to keeping dogs together when they've come from the same home. Their initial foster was just temporary and a new foster is needed immediately (they have no place to go as of 4/19/21 6pm). We still have some vetting to do (dentals, and orthopedic investigation on Chippy's foot) before they will be available for adoption. A foster-to-adopt situation is also available. Best with no other pets in the home. Because of possible unkind treatment in their past, they will be best with gentle loving treatment. Any children in the home should be at least 15 years old and respectful in nature, gentle to the dogs, and very kind. We prefer to avoid a hectic environment. They will do best in a home with a yard for potty breaks, and also enjoy morning walks before it's hot out. With Chippy's previous foot injury, he's not out to do a mile, but an easy pace up and back on the block would be fine. Both boys are neutered, vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and licensed.
