About Bran

I'm fostering Bran for a friend who is pregnant and couldn't give him the attention he deserves. He has some anxiety from his time in the shelter so he would do best in a home with consistent human presence. I've been working from home the majority of the time and Bran does great as long as I'm home. I do kennel him if I have to leave the house because he has chewed my living room blinds when left out. He has gotten less anxious as he grows more comfortable and I believe he would be wildly successful once he adapts to his new surroundings. Bran is house trained very well and hasn't had any accidents. He loves daily walks, car rides, and laying in your lap. He's picked up some basic commands really quickly and would do great with a more knowledgeable trainer than me. He has never lived with a cat but barks and wants to chase when he sees one so I'm doubtful he would do well in a home with a cat. Bran has lived with other dogs successfully with the exception of a male English bulldog who wasn't neutered and continually attempted to hump him. He's otherwise been fine meeting other dogs on walks or at the dog park. He's shown zero aggression towards humans. He weighs around 80# and is very strong so he would be able to knock down a young child or feeble adult fairly easily. However, I haven't had any issues with this. Bran is pretty energetic and would do great with an active family that would be willing to take him on adventures. He's a beautiful brindle color and people routinely comment on how handsome he is. He'd love to meet you and find out if you're compatible so he can find me his forever home.
