About Tibbs

Miniature Pinscher / Rat Terrier
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Tibbs is a tricolored Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix that suddenly appeared one day at a woman's home. None of the neighbors were missing a pet and attempts to find an owner were unsuccessful. She asked for our help to find him a loving home. Approximately nine months old, Tibbs is a sweet friendly small dog that only weighs thirteen pounds. This boy is a bit shy but very sweet and loving. He would be a good fit for family with older children or as a senior's companion. He also does well with dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion. He has not been around cats but we can test that for you. Tibbs is playful but also enjoys spending time relaxing with you. This sweet boy just wants to follow you around as you go about your day. Whether that is keeping you company while you work or going on a walk around the block. You'll never be lonely or bored with Tibbs beside you. Because he was a stray we don't know if he is housetrained. Close supervision will be needed until he adjusts to your home. Tibbs is very smart and should catch on quickly if kept on a schedule. A fenced in yard will be required to keep him safe from harm. Tibbs is the perfect pet for anyone looking for a friendly loving companion. To adopt, please go to hsnwga.org, click 'Adoption', then 'Application for Adoption' to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact applicants that best meet the needs of the pet.
