Meet Kelly ! Kelly is a 12 month old Chihuahua mix female who is about 8 lbs full grown. Kelly is outgoing and fun and likes people. Kelly can use wee wee pads or get on a training schedule to potty outside. She likes other dogs and lived with many in her foster home. Kelly had heartworm disease and was treated for it. She absolutely must be kept on Heartguard - heartworm preventative for the next 6 months. It is given one time a month.
