About Max

Max is a super sweet girl. We love her so much BUT I have an 8 year old golden retriever that has brain damage. I've had her since she was a puppy. Max knows that Lily is unstable and Max knows that I have some health issues, therefore Max tries to protect me in her eyes, from Lily. I can no longer separate them when they fight. It's not fair to Max to feel that she has to defend me every day of her life. It makes her extremely anxious. She needs a home where she can enjoy her life and be loved without fear. She does well with other high energy dogs and male dogs in particular
