Zeus is an energetic, sweet boy but he is very reactive to outside distractions like other animals. He is around our kids, youngest is 9, and good with them but not as comfortable. He has only been exposed to our small dog and they try to play but his size and energy get to be too much. He is good with people as long as he can get to them to smell them and check them out. When he is restrained (leash, window, etc.) he is physically and vocally frustrated and acts out by pulling, yelping, nipping, etc. Which is why we need to rehome him. He has become too strong for us to contain and we cannot even take him for a walk. We are hoping to find someone that has the experience/skills to work with him and help him put all that energy to better use. In our home he is well trained - sit, stay, lay down, speak, Bang (play dead) But when distractions are introduced he tunes us right out.
