About George Washington

George has been our love for the past 7 years. Filling our lives with laughter and cuddles. He loves to burrow and cuddle under the blankets. He has a strong personality and makes his presence known. Don�t let his short stocky body surprise you, he can still pull himself up on counters and tables. When he is determined, he can get it done! This strong personality can be challenging as he can be aggressive when something he wants is taken from him. For example, if he was chewing on a sock and you went to grab it, he would bite. We have altered our life to keep George with us. We have a structured home and are extremely careful to keep him safely in his crate when visitors are over, especially children. Although he has not attacked strangers, he has shown aggressive behavior in the past. We are expecting our first child this June, and have made the tough decision to rehome George due to his inconsistent and aggressive behavior. An ideal home would be structured, with no children or other pets. His new owner should have experience dealing and training dogs with aggression.
