About Scout

Abyssinian
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Scout lives in a multi-cat home and gets along with only one of the other 5 cats (6 including her). She just does not seem happy with the present situation and is very aggressive with the other cats for no apparent reason. She is super affectionate with humans and definitely loves to sit on my lap the second I take a seat! The cat hierarchy in the household change dramatically when our Alpha male, Bandit, passed away 2 years ago. He kept everyone in line and there was never any problems. Once he passed, that all seemed to change. Scout is a very dominant cat and I feel she would only be happy as the sole cat. I would not be open to adoption into a multi-cat home. She loves humans and will typically take an actual chair when company is gathered because she is very social and extremely smart! She has the LOUDEST purr of any cat I have ever had and she loves being petted, being brushed and kissed. A GREAT cat...unfortunately, just not good with most other cats
