About Lavender

Miss Lavender is one of our longest residents having been here almost a month. She was found by a member of the community and was not reclaimed by her owner. We have aged her at around 6 years old and she is around 60lbs. We have spent some time learning about Lavender during her stay to try to find her the perfect home. Loves to play fetch Enjoys squeaky toys She knows how to sit She is good with most dogs but would probably do best in a home with a submissive dog who is close to her size. We are a dog only facility so we do not know how most of our dogs will be with cats. Even if a dog is surrendered to us and said to be good with cats there is no way to be sure the dog will be good with your cats. We do have a 7 day foster-to-adopt program so that you can see how the dog interacts with your cats before adoption.
