About Bright

Bright was rescued from a neglectful and abusive situation. Luckily we had a foster who was able to help him out of there as well as help him be the best version of himself. Bright is about 11 months old and holding steady at 47 lbs, which might be his full-grown size. You really could not ask for a sweeter dog. His foster family reports that he is a joy to have around and that he has made huge progress getting past his initial anxiety. Most of this behavior was due to his separation anxiety and lack of training, and with those two things being addressed things are really falling into place nicely. All this guy really wants is love, snuggles, and naps. He does enjoy playing but Bright is not really a high-energy dog. He is perfectly happy watching tv with you or looking out the window from a comfortable spot. Bright is currently hanging out in a Rochester, NY-area foster home.
