About Amber

Welcome Amber to CCPAL Rescue. Amber is about a 2.5-year-old Cattle Dog mix. Her puppies are: Ainsley, Indigo, Clover, Albert and Kent. She weighs about 40 pounds. She is very loyal to her people and will bark at new people when they arrive at the shelter. Once she knows you and knows you are good then you are fine and she has no more attention on you. She is good with cats, dogs and does her business outside. She is good in a crate and was a very very good momma dog. She will dry up soon as she has weaned her pups. She will be ready for being spayed and finding her forever home. She would be great with kids. We like them to be 8 and older. I would say a home that doesn't have a ton of new people coming in and out all the time would be best. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 250 and transport is 185.
