About Junior

Male | Pitbull Mix | 2 Years | 48lbs Junior is a lovable 2-year-old Pitbull Mix who is searching for his furever family! He is 48lbs of absolute sweetness. Junior was found as a stray in NM and rescued the night before his scheduled euthanasia. He is one amazing & deserving dog, truly man's best friend. One of Junior's favorite things is meeting new people. He is also incredibly smart & treat motivated. Junior loooves to go for walks and has some basic commands mastered! He is also 100% potty trained! Due to his sensitive skin he may not be the best hiking companion, but he is an active dog that loves to play! Junior would also love to hangout and watch you cook in the kitchen, or snuggle up on the couch to watch your favorite tv show. He really just wants to know he's safe and loved! Junior is unbelievably deserving of the perfect family! We would love to find a loving family that will continue his basic training. He has lived with kids 7 & up, & would do best with this age range as he is working on his jumping manners. Junior enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs outside the home, but has shown resource guarding tendencies with toys towards other dogs in the home. We think he'd do best as the only pup. Junior is neutered, microchipped, & up to date on shots.
