About Claira

Claira was born May 26, 2015 and adopted by me on July 16, 2015 She is very anxious, easily scared and ultimately prefers the quiet and alone, or one-on-one time. Despite her anxiety, she is well behaved, she has never bit or scratched anyone (not declawed), she is not a fighter, she's a runner. She has moods where she is extremely affectionate and even likes to be held while you give her back a good scratch. She can be very talkative, she will lay on her back and just meow and likes to hear you talk with her. She is extremely soft (like a rabbit), she doesn't mind her paws being played with and she has a very funny and derpy personality. Claira had always been a little quirky, but in 2019 she was diagnosed with bladder crystals, then after her surgery she gained a lot of weight, making her unable to clean her own butt, which I now do for her with a soft wet cloth and kitty safe soap. She is prone to bladder issues and has a particular diet to help with her health.
